| Job Description: |
My Client has an immediate requirement for a NUCLEAR TEST ENGINEERING DIRECTOR to manage multiple contract Test Engineers that are providing support to the Post Modification Testing.
Responsibilities:
Facilitates the process review of test data
Interfaces with the applicable station resources to implement the 3 phases of PMT plan
Interfaces and supports Plant Engineering on the development of special test procedures
Interfaces with planning and work control to coordinate test implementation
Review Modifications for implementation and testing requirements
Prepare and review PMTPs
Facilitate work package closure to support operability/partial operability
Perform post modification installation tests, functional verification of tests and integrated (retests)tests
Selected candidate must have a verifiable track record of managing a group of Test Engineers participating in an active project in a nuclear facility |
| Skills Requirements: |
Bachelors Engineering; or equivalent training and experience to allow successful evaluation of technical evaluations and site modifications.
Qualifications:
Plant Specs & Design Eval & Analysis Basic;
Power Plant Nuclear Advanced;
Planning & Scheduling Competent;
Written Communications Advanced;
Quality Tools & Techniques Advanced;
Decision Making Competent;
Analytical Problem Solving Expert;
Project / Team Leadership Competent.
Experience in PWR design control is desirable
