Job Description: Winzler & Kelly, a multi-discipline consulting firm with a 20+ year history on Guam, is currently seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to join our team. The Senior Civil Project Manager will be responsible for the quality of technical work performed, client service, contract management, billing collection and project profitability for a variety of assigned projects. Senior Project Manager will work with their Office Manager to identify client and project opportunities and develop winning sales strategies. Projects will be multi-faceted, including Private, Public, and Federal and could be Design Build, classic Design, Bid, Build, or Construction Management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide project management direction for existing and new projects assigned with our clients.
• Responsible to schedule, communicate, manage multiple staff and subs, in addition to managing budgets
and timelines.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with clients and sub-consultants and DB Contractors.
• Monitor financial performance, provide excellent client service, and deliver quality designs on assigned projects.
• Develop, review and obtain confirmation of financial and project delivery schedule activities.
• Lead and participate on design teams to maintain projects within a defined scope, budget and schedule.
• Assure that project team complies with the contract agreement and exercise rigid cost control to ensure completion within established budget.
• Serve as Winzler & Kelly representative at meetings, presentations, and public hearings/reviews for assigned projects.
• Pursue project opportunities; assist to maintain Winzler & Kelly as a leader in the Guam Engineering Market.
• Participate in interviews and presentations as needed.
• Work with Office Managing Principal and Market Liaisons to conduct local and company-wide marketing and business development efforts within the established Markets.
Skills Requirements: Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Must possess active California Professional Civil Engineer License (other states with reciprocity on Guam will be considered as well).
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the design of transportation, water resources, infrastructure and site development projects with at least five years in a project management position.
• Proven experience in successfully:
 Managing large, multi-discipline projects simultaneously
 Leading multi-discipline teams
 Mentoring diverse staff in technical and project management areas
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
